Clinical Decision Making This paper will write the story of JT, clinical patient of mine. The paper will document her account of our interactions using her eyes and voice. The story will include health assessment data, labs, and a physical assessment. Elements of JT’s journey will also include her culture, level of pain, spiritual and psychosocial stance and ethical issues that arose. The paper will then detail the patient decision making process and strategies in a systemic manner to analyze the situation and help determine what could have been done better. The decision making process will also attempt to identify elements where the patient care could have been improved and determine what went well and what actions or assessments made had no basis in the guidelines or protocol. Additionally, analysis concepts will be integrated with continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. An approach for change process using the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) model will be describe d as it applies to this patient scenario and will include clinical guidelines. The paper will then utilize the results from my completed self-assessment tool as well as the self-reflection and self-discovery to analyze the process of clinical decision making. The Industrial Revolution was the main contributor of the development of factories and modern day machinery. The Industrial Revolution created hundreds of new jobs, influenced many new inventions, and created many new ways of creating and transporting goods. Many jobs including spinners, miners, factory workers, and farmers were beginning to rise in population, due to the new technology being created in the 18th and 19th centuries. The start of new inventions coming into view was beginning in Britain, with many agricultural tools creating new ways to plow and yield crops. Later on, it caused new forms of transportation to be developed, for example, railroads and canals. The garden stretches around 700 feet long and 60 feet wide on the west side of the Hotel by the Pacific Ocean. The garden is elevated around 50 feet above the ocean with a spectacular 180 degrees view. People are sitting on them and enjoying the beautiful ocean scenery that is such a joy and can have enough of. A pergola decorates one of the seating areas overlooking the ocean; it is made out of brown wood. The pergola is situated in three sections with half hexagon shape. Each section is around 5 feet long and 3 feet wide. The Ocean is deep blue and seems to sparkle like diamonds. The waves gently move with the south west breeze. The sand is as shiny as gold and it is very smooth and light. Walking on the sand feels like a butterfly flying all over. Brown chestnut rocks elevate in some of the areas near the water it looked like a perfect hill for hiking but there is a sign, placed by the city environmental section, prohibiting any tress passers to preserve this precious rock. Walking along the beach the bright sun covers the area with an invisible blanket of warmth. The sun displays a beautiful portrait of red orange and yellow colors, especially during the outstanding breath taking sunset. These rays spread through the blue skies like strong threads of wool as they made the sky a mystery of colors all mixed together to give the picture perfect landscape. As the sun starts to sit on the water it begins to melt and sink in the ocean behind gimps of Catalina Island.
